If you are interested in renting our Clubhouse for your event, please call 650 321-5821. In preparation for your meeting, you may download a copy of our rental contract which includes a full listing of all rules and regulations and a diagram of the building. Highlights of our terms and conditions are listed below.

Delivery of rented goods

If rental chairs, linens, glassware, dishes, etc. are coming the day before the event or being picked up the day after, they must be delivered and picked up from the left side of the building behind the front gate. Special arrangements can be made in inclement weather. Rented goods may not be stored in the building after the event.

Fees and deposits

• In order to hold a date, a non-refundable advance reservation fee of 1/2 of the total fee (1/2 of the Rental Fee plus 1/2 of the Security Deposit, and 1/2 of the Cleaning fee) is due with the rental agreement.
  
• The remaining 1/2 of the total fee shall be paid on or before two weeks prior to the first date of use.
• If there is a cancellation, the reservation fee shall only be refunded if we are able to re-book the date.
  
• If the Clubhouse is left in the same condition as found, the Security Deposit shall be returned.
  

Timing

• The Clubhouse is located in a residential neighborhood so loud music must cease by 10:00 PM.
• The premises must be completely vacated no later than midnight.
  

Other restrictions

• The only alchoholic beverages permitted are champagne, beer, and wine
• Smoking is not allowed on the premises
• The fireplace may not be used
• Only masking tape is permitted for hanging decorations
