For weekend special events or weddings, the full-day rental fee is $1,800 and a $100 janitorial fee plus a refundable $500 security deposit.

Half the rental fee and the security deposit are due with your signed contract; the balance is payable 2 weeks prior to the event.

For weekday meetings and multi-day bookings, the rental fee ranges between $50-300/hour depending on usage. Minimum of 5 hours. Lowest rates apply to non-profit (501(c)3) organizations.

The PAWC is available year-round, seven days a week.
